I dabbled in dance classes not as a youngster or teen, but in my 20s. My favorite rhythm was/is Bellydance. I danced for 15 yrs at ethnic festivals and Middle Japanese dining places, and even place myself through university. I also turned a lover of health and fitness.
My day job was a Medical Dietitian. After owning my daughter and twin sons, daily life was insane!
Even so, soon after going for walks into my very to start with Zumba course 11 years back, read Shakira in the playlist, and I was hooked. I understood I Experienced to teach Zumba! I fell in love with ALL the Latin and worldwide rhythms – the more strange, the improved!
So, I reinvented myself, became a accredited Zumba teacher and qualified Group Health Teacher, and “Zumba by Samira” was born. Samira was my dancing name!
I am each little bit as passionate about Zumba 11 several years afterwards as I was on working day one.
There is normally Stomach dance in my playlist, and I also educate Cardio Tummy dance!
I completely adore the wonderful Zumba family members we have created!
Most have been with me the complete time.
The benefits of Zumba, dance, and health are substantial, but for me, it keeps me happy and sane.
I am also very pleased to say I am 66.
I have no programs to at any time stop spreading Zumbalove.
