The New York Yankees experienced the excellent reaction to Chris Woodward immediately after the Rangers manager called Yankee Stadium a minimal league park.
Rangers supervisor Chris Woodward prompted a stir on Monday in the center of a double-header with the Yankees when he took a shot at New York’s ballpark.
Woodward shrugged off Gleyber Torres’ walk-off dwelling run in Game 1 by indicating it wouldn’t have been a property operate in 99 p.c of stadiums. He went so far as to simply call Yankee Stadium a “little league” location.
Pointless to say, the Yankees did not consider kindly to that assessment. The social media crew took their first option to dig again at Woodward for the duration of Sport 2.
