American football is the most popular sport in America. It is a sport where the players rely heavily on the strength of their entire body, including hands and feet. American football is also a sport that is often or widely watched on television, the audience getting busier when the Super Bowl rolls around.

The popularity of American football has also spread to the continents of ASIA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA and AFRICA. Although not as lively as in America, American Football itself already has a place in various continents in the world.

The National Football League (NFL) is a football league competition located in the United States. This league is attended by 32 teams from two different conferences, namely the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC). Each conference is divided into four division areas, namely North, West, South, and East

History of the National Football League

The National Football League (NFL) was founded on August 20, 1920 under the name American Professional Football Conference (APFC) and later changed to the America Professional Football Association (APFA) on September 17, 1920. A few years later it changed back to the National Football League (NFL) on June 24, 1922 – until now.

American Football Conference

The American Football Conference (AFC) originally came from the American Football League (AFL), in 1970 there was a merger between the American Football League (AFL) and the National Football League (NFL). National Football League Playoffs

At the end of the regular season, 14 teams will qualify for the playoffs, 7 teams per conference. To select these 7 qualifiers you have to take first from each division and then the 3 teams with the most wins. The first team of each conference is cleared of wild cards and goes straight to the division, said in a “Bye”. The playoffs themselves take place in 4 rounds, wild cards, divisions, conference finals and then the Super Bowl.
